Abstract. For the branch is a necessity to implement a Business Intelligence solutions. This solution should provide management with information in real time. Information are decision-making for all levels in the management. We propose a complete Business Intelligence (BI) solution for hydorelectric domain, by identifying and implementing of some pre-existing BI solutions followed by some own solutions developing in order to satisfy the energy field specific needs, analyze and reports. Our approach use the concept of intelligent business from the larger perspective of Corporate Performance Management (CPM). The implementation use SharePoint Server and OLAP.
