Abstract. | Workflow Management has the role of creating and maintaining an efficient flow of information and tasks inside an organization. The major benefit of workflows is the solutions to the growing needs of organizations. The external and the internal processes associated with a business need to be carefully organized in order to provide a strong foundation for the daily work.
