Abstract. Very often, especially in the public sector, arise the need to cope with multiple concurrent connection to a database that might lay on a limited hardware platform, having poor technology resources so, in this case, by intercalary a persistence layer between the database and logical layer could solve the problem with efficiency and flexibility.
