Abstract. This study proposes the development of an open- source library that automates road axis design in hilly environments by integrating 3D geospatial data, interpolation techniques, and route planning algorithms. The library aims to reduce costs and improve project quality, validated through a well-defined experimental framework. Experimental results demonstrate the applicability of the solution in the context of modern civil engineering.
